Shipping Policy

All items from Marked With Meaning are individually handcrafted and personalised to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production when using your own artwork. If a custom design is requested, the lead time may extend to up to 10 working days, depending on the complexity of the design, before dispatch.

All orders are subject to stock availability.

Delivery
We currently ship within South Africa via Fastway / PostNet-to-PostNet / Collection. Estimated delivery time once dispatched is 2–4 business days for major centres and 4–7 business days for outlying areas.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at a flat rate of R105, or you're welcome to arrange collection in Winchester Hill, Johannesburg at no charge.

Order updates
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're not able to cover reshipping costs for orders returned due to an incorrect address.
